In the mid 70's I was a college student at Trinity and at OU majoring in Art and Sociology. In the late 70's I moved to Dallas and began a fifteen year career as a fashion model. I worked for clients in Texas, New York, and Europe. In 1981 I married my high school sweetheart, Peter Robbins. We moved to Italy to work on our career's. His was photo journalism and commercial fashion. I went with a modeling agency in Milan and Paris. Living abroad was an education in the Art's. I transitioned from modeling to on set styling and make-up, and also started painting large canvas backdrops for clients like Neiman Marcus. I was also involved in the day to day work flow of my husband's commercial work, editing film and adding creative art direction. I started photographing during this time.
