Get In There! is about growing up. The smaller figure portrays youth without the benefit of life's most important teacher: experience. The three larger figures represent adulthood in the form of emotional maturity, wisdom and compassion. The head of the youth leans to the left symbolizing the natural tendency of the young to rebel against the old guard perhaps to avoid the duty and responsibility that comes with age. As parents, we want our children to explore their creativity and find their own path to success and fulfillment, but there are times when we want to shout, "Get In There!"
